Meal #1 - Breakfast bagel sandwich and two pancakes
Meal #2 - Turkey burger and a serving of sun chips
Meal #3 - Chicken wrap and a serving of sun chips
Extras - Apple, serving of fruit snacks and a serving of sun chips
Exercise - 35 minutes on the bike. 11.50 miles. 130 sit-ups.
I had my breakfast on a cheese bagel with two slices of ham, cheese and eggs. In addition I had a few leftover pancakes with syrup. The turkey burger for lunch was leftover and it was on a wheat bread. I had a serving of sun chips to go along with it. The chicken wrap I had for dinner was on a whole wheat tortilla and it contained chicken, cheese and ranch. I had an apple in the morning to help me get through the day. I snacked on a few other things as well to survive me. I’m starting out my new work out regime so I only worked out once. It was quite nice. I did move around a lot at work which was nice. It was a long day but it was fun.
